My name is Patricia Broadhurst. I'm a Real Estate Salesperson for The Realty Firm Inc., Brokerage and licensed to trade both residential and commercial real estate in Ontario. I personally hold a portfolio of income properties in the London, Ontario area. I'm formerly a seasoned corporate senior buyer. I specialized in contracts, projects and proposals. I hold a wealth of experience in negotiations, forecasting, risk management, international business, executive level presentations, strategic/competitive sourcing and high risk/high dollar project management. I hold a BA from UWO in Sociology, Popular Literature & Cultural Studies and a Diploma in Business from Fanshawe. I've completed various executive level courses in negotiation, contract law, project management and supply chain management. To keep me focused and healthy I actively power lift.
